How-to: Register and Login
You don’t have to register or log in to use this site…but here is why you should:
- It makes BoB happy to see a new user
- Once you are “logged in” you won’t have to fill out your name and email every time you leave a comment.
- You can subscribe to receive emails without being “logged in” but if you are logged in you have more subscription options (when and which posts you will receive email for)
- You can set up a profile.
Here is how you register for the site:
Click on the “register link” on the main page or click HERE (after you review the instructions below):
Click on the Register link on the main page
A registration form will load. Enter the username you would like for the site and enter your REAL email address:
Enter the username you would like, enter your email address, and then press the Register button.
You are half way done! Now check your email for the password:
You may need to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see an email from OS4T
Highlight the password and press (Ctrl-C) or right-click and copy the password. If you have no idea what I just said than simply write down the password…you will need it in a second.
Copy the password using Ctrl-C, right-click copy, or a sheet of paper 
Click on the link in the email and then fill out the login form. You can now use Ctrl-P, right-click paste, or enter the password from your sheet of paper. Click the Log In button when you done.
Enter name and password from the email into the login form and click Log In.
Now you are officially registered but you don’t want to have to remember that crazy password so click on Profile before you go anywhere else:
Click on Profile so you can change your password to something you can remember!
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and enter your new password (whatever you want) into the two white boxes…you don’t have to enter your current password first:
Enter new password twice and then press "Update Profile"
Now you are ready to visit the site for the first time as a registered user. Scroll to the very top of the profile page and click on the “Visit Site” link:
Scroll to the top and click on "Visit Site" to return Our Search for Truth
If you would like to return to your profile (or the Dashboard or subscription settings) just use the links in the sidebar:
Use the links in the sidebar if you want to return to your profile. Now go explore and have fun!

One last thing…next time you return to Our Search for Truth, just enter your name and password in the sidebar and click on the Login>> button:
You only have to register once..in the future just login on the sidebar
